Booking & Sessions
How do I book a session?
Visit our Services page, choose your healer, and click "Book With (selected healer)." You'll be guided through our online booking system where you can select your session, session length, and preferred time. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. Depending on the type of work, you may remain fully clothed or be appropriately draped. Your practitioner will explain what to expect during your intake conversation.
What's the difference between a 60-minute and 90-minute session?
A 60-minute session gives us time for a thorough intake and focused bodywork on specific areas. A 90-minute session allows for deeper work, multiple modalities, and more comprehensive integration. Many clients find 90 minutes ideal for addressing chronic issues, trauma work, or when combining different healing approaches.
Can I request a specific modality?
Absolutely! While our practitioners use intuitive, real-time technique selection, you can always mention preferences during booking or your intake. We're here to meet your needs. Just note that our practitioners may recommend additional techniques based on what they discover in your session.
What should I expect on my first visit?
You'll arrive a few minutes early, complete a simple intake form, and have a brief conversation with your practitioner about your goals and concerns. They'll then perform an intuitive intake and customize your session based on what your body needs. After your session, we'll follow up within 24 hours and again at 3 days to support your integration.
Is it normal to feel emotional during or after a session?
Yes! Bodywork, breathwork, and energy work can release stored emotions and trauma held in the body. Emotional release is a healthy, natural part of healing. Your practitioner is trained to support you through this, and it's completely normal and welcomed.
How should I prepare for my session?
Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before your session (not too full, not hungry). Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Wear comfortable clothing. If you have any injuries, pain, or health concerns, mention them during your intake so your practitioner can adjust accordingly.
What should I do after my session?
Take time to transition slowly. Drink plenty of water, move gently, and notice how your body feels. Many clients experience deep relaxation or emotional release—this is all part of the integration process. Avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day if possible. Rest, reflect, and allow the healing to integrate.
How often should I book sessions?
This depends on your goals and current state. Many clients find that booking every 4-8 weeks, maintains their progress and supports ongoing healing. For acute issues or intensive work, weekly sessions for 3-4 weeks may be beneficial. Your practitioner can recommend a schedule based on your needs.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel your sessions through the confirmation or reminder emails up to 12 hours before your appointment or call/text/email your practitioner. Same day cancelations or no shows are subject to a full payment fee. Credit cards are taken at time of booking, but not charged until your session.

Practitioners & Specialties
How do I choose which practitioner is right for me?
Visit our Practitioners page to learn about each healer's experience, specialties, and approach. Each practitioner brings unique gifts. You can also call us at 303-668-1438 and we'll help match you with the right practitioner based on your needs.
Can I request a specific practitioner?
Absolutely!  The first thing to do when booking is to pick which practitioner you would like to see.
What is trigger point therapy?
Trigger point therapy targets specific points of muscular tension that refer pain to other areas of the body. By applying sustained pressure to these points, we release tension, improve circulation, and reduce pain. It's highly effective for chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural issues.
What is myofascial release?
Myofascial release works with the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds muscles and organs. By applying sustained pressure and slow movements, we release restrictions in the fascia, improve mobility, and reduce pain. It's especially helpful for chronic tension and movement limitations.
What is cupping therapy?
Cupping uses suction cups placed on the skin to draw blood to the surface, increase circulation, and release deep tension. It's particularly effective for muscle tightness, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Cupping may leave temporary marks on the skin, which fade within days.
What is cranial osteopathy?
Cranial osteopathy works with the subtle rhythms and movements of your craniosacral system (skull, spine, and sacrum). Using gentle, hands-on techniques, practitioners release restrictions, improve nervous system function, and support the body's natural healing capacity. It's helpful for headaches, stress, and overall nervous system regulation.
What is Vortex Healing?
Vortex Healing is a powerful energy healing modality that works on multiple dimensions simultaneously—physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. It clears energetic blockages, releases karmic patterns, and supports profound transformation at the cellular level. It's a sacred healing art that addresses the root causes of imbalance.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing. It complements all other healing modalities and can be integrated into any session.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork uses intentional breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, release trauma, and promote deep relaxation. Our breathwork sessions combine various breathing patterns with mindfulness and somatic awareness to support healing and transformation.
What is trauma release?
Trauma release work helps the body process and release stored trauma and stress. We use techniques like Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), somatic experiencing, and vagus nerve toning to help your nervous system return to a state of safety and regulation.
Breathwork Groups
What are your group breathwork sessions?
Our group breathwork sessions are 2-hour transformational experiences combining intentional breathing, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. They're held regularly and limited to 12–14 participants to maintain intimacy and safety. Check our Breathwork page for upcoming dates and times and to register.
Who should attend breathwork groups?
Breathwork groups are for anyone interested in nervous system regulation, stress relief, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness. They're suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. However, there are some contraindications (see below).
Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from attending breathwork?
Yes. We screen for heart conditions, pregnancy, and seizure disorders, as intensive breathing can be contraindicated for these conditions. If you have any health concerns, please mention them when booking or contact us beforehand to discuss whether breathwork is appropriate for you.
What should I bring to a breathwork session?
Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. We provide eye masks, and some bolsters, blankets, and other support items. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. We also provide light snacks and water.
What should I expect during a breathwork session?
You'll lie down in a comfortable position, and our facilitator will guide you through intentional breathing patterns while calming music plays. You may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, physical sensations, or insights. Everyone's experience is unique. After the breathing portion, we'll have time for integration and discussion.
Is it normal to have an emotional experience during breathwork?
Yes! Breathwork can bring up emotions, memories, or physical sensations as the body releases stored stress and trauma. This is a healthy, natural part of the process. Our facilitators are trained to support you through these experiences in a safe, compassionate way.
How much do group breathwork sessions cost?
Group breathwork sessions are $37–45 per person.
