Root to Heart is an educational + healing ceremony that weaves tantric breath practice with ceremonial cacao to help you reconnect with the deep intelligence of your body—moving energy through the root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakras. This is a space to come home to yourself… and remember what “union” can feel like from the inside out.
We’ll begin by grounding into the body and building a foundation of safety and presence. Then we’ll open the heart with cacao and breath—inviting warmth, softness, and connection. We’ll close with a rebirthing-style breath to support release, insight, and real change you can carry forward.
This is not about performing or pushing. It’s about listening, allowing, and letting your breath guide you back into wholeness.
